Placed order for 2 havells ceiling fans on 2nd july, waited for 15 days after which amazon refund the cash saying they cannot ship the product without any reason. I sent two emails to your seller rajesh electricals, to which they never respond. Called your customer service four times but did not get any help. Yes, they processed cashback after i waited for 15 days, which is unacceptable. Was this information helpful? | |
