[Resolved] Amazon.in — Product returned but my money didn't refund | |||||
Sir, I have purchased Samsung On7 Pro from Amazon.in having order no[protected] order date: 31-Oct-2016. order price: 9990. I have returned the order product and its showing that the product is successfully refund.I have all the documents (i.e. Messages, Invoice, Return Receipt, Mails, and the voice recordings of the customer service executives ) regarding this.But till now I didn't get my money back or the another replaced product.I have talked with their service executives several times.But all in vein.Lastly their service executive has told me that I could not get my money back. I am harassed by them. I need my money back in my account.So please look into this matter. So that I can get my money back from them. Thanking you. Was this information helpful? | |||||
