Amazon.in — received damaged product 2 times and now getting only refund | |||
I ordered whirlpool refrigerator on 11 aug 2019 ORDER #[protected] on amazon.in and got the product on 15th aug 2019, we found the product is damaged and i complained to amazon customer care after 3 days communication long long conversations finally i get replacement for my order, and is to be delivered on 22nd aug 2019, but to my surprise this item when opened by delivery boy is also much damaged than previous one. this is worst experience with me and very very bad service from amazon nothing to do i called amazon customer care and the said will pickup the product and issue refund but what about the losses i faced due to this poor service can anybody take care about what i have loosed since i ordered on 11th 1. paid amount on 11th 2. received damaged product and fought for replacement for 3 days and finally replacement approved 3. after 3 days received replaced product (damaged) and was return to seller 4. customer service says we will refund after pickup scheduled tomorrow 23rd aug 2019 5. after 5-7 days will get refund means lost money for 3 weeks, not having perfect product and what next if i order now will have to pay[protected] extra to buy the same product so much harassment, lived without an important home appliance for 2 weeks and result is REFUND...
