I have order On kid's indoor soccer ball of air and I have cancelled due to mistake of the address... I have cancel this order over 1 month ago and you can see my request also ... I have call many times in your customer care and say to refund the money but from 31august to now 29 September is come, almost 1 month has gone, and there is no response from your side . Please refund my money in my master card from which I have paid the money.. and there is no refund from your side, I have the prove by my Citi bank statement that there is no money credited from the Amazon, I am also attaching the order details and my bank statement from this, kindly solve my problem as soon as possible.. and refund my money soon because already almost 1 month have been passed..
