Amazon India — 50 days and no refund | |||||
I Ashutosh Parida (mobile no.- +91 [protected]) Purchased a Puma shoe from "WWW.Amazon .in"with Order no.[protected] on 14th of December 2015 priced Rs. 1799, the day when CEO MR.Jeff, announced it has get passed "Flipkart". I was very glad that day. "[protected]" order of Puma axis IV shoe reached me on 18th of December as it is bit small in size i returned on 19th December 2015. I got a conformation of getting refund in 2 to 3 business day. That was ok for me. After 5 days i called i asked about the status of refund and agents said as there ware holiday it will take 2 to 3 more business day. After waiting for the period told by customer executive i contacted again and again and again . its been more than 50 days and counting ... i am unable to receive the refund .I called around 20 times but every time i call there is a new agent and its kind of frustrating . Whenever i call the ask me to re enter my bank details again and again. which i did also may time but it is of no use.your customer service executives are one of a kind harassing me. i am student and the money matters a lot. you are my last hope please looking to my matter .and help me get back my money of Rs 1799.
