[Resolved]  Amazon India — A Detergent soap was given in box instead of phone

I ordered a phone Redmi Note 10s from Amazon.in on date 10/10/2021 in this Great Indian Festival Sale and I got the delivery on 14/10/2021.when i unbox the delivery package I found a detergent soap instead of phone inside the box.
I complained about it immediately in Amazon on the same day and also share a video to them which i made while unboxing but they denied my complaint.I tried many times to get some solution but no solution is provided.
I want to get my refund or the replacement of the phone.
