Amazon India — account hold address verification

I ordered few items from my son Amazon account with Amazon pay balance (Rs.1409/-)and rest of the amount paid by my credit card with proper bank authorization.

But my order was cancelled each time I order. Regarding same I contacted customer care and they assured me that after verification from accounts team my account will we unblock and I can operate my account as before.

Now I have received a mail from "[protected]@amazon.in" mentioning that my access to amazon account has been locked because my payment information was not confirmed. I was asked to fax my credit card statement with my billing address to[protected].

I was asked to send credit card statement with billing address, registered mail id, registered mobile no. I sent all these details to mentioned fax no.

But again after ordering new items, same thing that my account is on hold due to address verification has received. On reply of my mail. Amazon asked sent me mail "Our attempts to verify the billing address and card details for your order have been unsuccessful. Please arrange for the issuing bank of this card to send this information to our secure fax line:

- The billing name and address associated with the card
- The last 2 digits of the payment card"
These details with card statement was already sent to their fax.

So now I am left with no means to use my own Rs. 1409/- in my son Amazon account, since my son account is locked and no way to contact the Amazon team which blocked my account.

This seems unlogical that how I can ask my credit card issuing authority to contact amazon uk and send them fax as required by Amazon.

Kindly unblock my account or refund my son Amazon pay balance to respective bank account/credit cards.

After spending Rs 400 for fax, still received msg from Amazon uk that they didn't received full card statement and now I have to tell my Card issuing bank to send all details by fax to Amazon UK no +44-[protected].
I now request to send my Amazon pay balance of Rs. 1409 and money spent for fax to my mailing address or at my Email.

It seems Amazon's monopoly to hold all Amazon pay balance.

Till the time there was no pay balance, they were never holding any account.

Approx 90% cases which are on hold were having Amazon pay balance in their account.
