Amazon India — account inaccessibility | |
My amazon account id is [protected]@gmail.com. I am not able to login to account for a few days now. The amazon team is not providing me proper details as for what reason my account is not able to log in or reset the password. I had provided them with details they asked including bank details. I had planned to buy items on the site as there were nice deals but now i'm not able to. The support staff doesn't even provide clear info as they are just telling me there is a "technical issue". I just did a purchase a few weeks back. Now i cannot even log in. Now i am not even interested in purchasing items as, by the time i get my account back, the products i want won't have the deal price. So if they don't resolve this issue in the next coming days, i will make a new account if i have no choice or use other sites. I never faced this problem till now anywhere. Their complaint email: [protected]@amazon.in doesn't even exist. So this is the only way i hope my problem can be resolved. This is my last try on this issue. Was this information helpful? | |
