Amazon India — account is on hold and refund not processed

My amazin account being on hold and for that i email them at all their mail id fhen a single computated reply is coming from them that they are unable to verify my details although i have sent them all the details they asked several times.
Now they asked me fax them my debit card name and billing address which i tried but there comes an error as the line remains busy all time.

I request them to unhold my account as my refund also got stuck in between this all problem.
