Amazon India — Account locked & my order not dispatched | |||||
I hv ordered oneplus 5 128 GB on 22/6/2017 through my account id [protected]@yahoo.in but due to some reason my account was locked & i cant open. I recive mail from amazone team next day, as per mail I fax my Credit Card bill statement to amazon team but they did not contact me so I call to cust care no. But they told me there is no found my account in amazon as id [protected]@yahoo.in. So please tell me what about my account and my order no[protected]. When will i receive my order?
