Amazon India — Account on hold and refund not issue

Hello sir my name is sumit i had ordred a vivo v20 se mobile from amazon but i received damage mobile i raise a complaint then amazon provide me replacement but this mobile received a used mobile i returned to amazon for refund but amazon hold my account i wana my money back if amazon do not take any action on my case i take a legal action against amazon on consumer court
