Amazon India — Activation of my amazon prime membership without my approval | |||||
Dear Sir/ Madam, I have an account on Amazon.com for shopping. Last month I did some shopping on Amazon using Amazon Prime Delivery service which completes the delivery in 2days. I just took trial for a month but this Amazon website renewed my Yearly Membership and deducted amount of 99USD from my Credit Card without prior informing without any reminder mail or call. This made my Credit Limit to Negative. And there is no option on this website to ask for refund of the amount. And I don't want to use this service anyone. Kindly please help and take this issue on priority as I don't have sufficient money to do Credit Card Payment.
