My name is arman my issue is i m ordering mi band hrx edition on 14february 2018 debited with my canarabank rupay card my money debited rs 1280.50 and now date is 18 march 2018 but still not got my money in my account i m. Called the amazon saying for charge dispute on canara bank i m going the bank but m not helped by the bank bank saying your money is not refund from amazon bank saying not having pending refund on your account my account number is[protected] my mobile number [protected] plzz help me to get my money nobady help me to getting my money back plzz take action to get my money back Was this information helpful? | |||||

Firstly amazon delivered product which was Honor 7x smartphone which was defective its mic and speakers were not working and secondly the replacement phone amazon send me was not delivered on time and they provided me wrong phone number of delivery man on my Amazon account. Very upsetting.
