Amazon India — amazon cancelled the order unilaterally | |||||
Refer to my order #[protected] for panasonic mixer. Initially amazon promised the delivery on 23 aug 2017. I was following up with the escalation team and they were promising the delivery. During my continued followup on 21 st aug when i raised a concern that if the product is not dispatched on 21st aug then the committed delivery of 23 aug also looks difficult. At this point, amazon, unilaterally cancelled the order. I understand that such malpractice is followed by amazon to show the good statistics on delivery performance. They continued to request me to book a new order. I called the helpdesk on 22 aug and found the executive to be very rude to the extent that he pretended not able to hear the conversation when i asked to hand it over to floor manager. He said that nothing can be done now and just book a new order. This is a mental harassment while dealing with amazon team. Was this information helpful? | |||||
