Amazon India — amazon delivery agent broke my phone

I ordered a red mi 6 pro from amazon.in on 20 april 2019 on exchange offer on my sister’s address in allahabad. The old exchange phone was red mi 4. The delivery guy came on april 22, 2019 vinay kumar [protected]. Our old phone was in good condition. The delivery boy while rechecking the condition of old phone damaged (Minor crack) the screen. Everyone (My sister and security gaurd) present at that time noticed that something is broken. Then delivery boy said this phone is broken and can’t exchange. My sister ask him you only broke my phone as it was not broken earlier. Delivery boy didn’t agree and went away and my order got canceled. After sometime my sister and her friends call that delivery boy for police complain. Then delivery boy said sorry he only break the phone. We called him twice and recorded the phone conversation as a proof. Now amazon.in mentally harassing me from past 18 days saying there is no such incident, delivery boy didn’t broke any phone. They repeatedly saying same thing. Amazon did two investigation for this and came up with same result.
