Hi I ordered a one plus 5phone yesterday and was charged additional 100 rupees for a quick delivery (prime for this order). I did it with a purpose but i see no activeness from your side also there is no frequent updates shared on the location of my order. The address mentioned is an official one. Yes I understand when your associate say it will be delivered today but what does today really mean????? does it mean i should wait till 12 in the office for the order to arrive??? you guys say it will be delivered by 8pm. what if it gets delivered later than the mentioned time? who would be responsible for it? and what compensation would you be bearing for the time loss? Offices shut at 7pm i have one update when i logged into my account saying the product may be delivered later than the date mentioned. I NEED A CLARITY ON YOUR SERVICE GAP. I HAVE NO TIME TO CALL AGAIN AND AGAIN FOR ONE PRODUCT OF MINE. I NEEDED THIS ASAP AS IT WAS A GIFT THAT NEEDED TO BE TAKEN ALONG AS I AM TRAVELLING. MY TRAVELLING DATE CANT BE MODIFIED AS PER YOUR PREFERENCES/ CONVINIENCES RIGHT???? I WILL BE COMPLAINING TO NODAL OR ANY HIGHER AUTHORITIES FOR THE SAME.
