Amazon India — Amazon has proceeded the refund,but Axis Bank account not showing the amount

Actually I subscribed for Amazon Academy subscription with a amount of ₹11, 999...but as I didn't liked it, I decided to cancel it out and ask for refund as their was a refund policy of 7 days. I cancelled my subscription before 7 days as per their refund policy and had a call with Amazon Customer care, they told me it would take 3-5 days but today it's 8-9th day today and yet I have not received it, actually they send me a reference I'd:
Refund Reference #74056631159115893510656

But the amount is not shown in my Axis Bank Account
