Amazon India — amazon is not providing the imei number of a phone | |
Hi, I have ordered a phone with amazon on 22nd oct 2016. This phone is lost yesterday. I have tried to log a fir on police station they are asking for emi number of that phone. Invoice that was shared by amazon is contain only serial umber of phone. Imei number is not mentioned. I have asked to amazon of emi number. They are not providing as reason this is more than 12 months of purchase. Please help so that i can register a fir and disable sim card. — Regards, Abdullah Was this information helpful? | |
