Amazon India — Amazon is not refunding for defective product | |||||
I have received a defectives product from amazon. As per the policy raised complain on 22nd may but there is no action take. After that rasie a complain in a to z grantee. But there is no refund and seller Gulshan Electronic sending email and asking to withdraw the claim after that we will give refund. But as per the amazon they are saying don't close for commitment. Now it's 20 days over there is no action has been taken from amazon. Very pathetic services. Kindly assist.
