Amazon India — Amazon prime delivery team removed memory card before delivery and repacked with transparent tape | |||||
This is in reference to amazon order : samsung evo plus grade 3, class 10 64gb Microsdxc 100 mb/s memory card with sd adapter (Mb-mc64ga/in), ordered on 11 july 2017 order#[protected] / delivered today dated 7/15/17, Though *memory card was missing from the packet.* the amazon and memory Card packing was opened before delivery and repacked the amazon packet with Transparent tape. It is indicative in the attached images. I have called The customer care for the condition of the packet as the delivery boy Didn't waited and ran after the delivery. Customer service said that i have To repack it in the same torn condition and return it back. I have repacked the torn memory card packing alongwith adapter in amazon Packing and will return as soon as i get the courier man from amazon. Kindly investigate as i don't want to loose my money because of amazon Delivery team. I am a amazon prime member and have repench on taking this service.
