I want to complain against amazon and amazon costomer care team or product. My amazon registered email id is [protected]@gmail.com mobile no [protected]. I ordered one rashi ratan ring (Nilam ring) 15.25 cerat.in amazon in site. I am from india. Product amount is too hight 4550rs i did online paid my product order id[protected]. I ordered on[protected]. Amazon package was delivered on 5-3-2019. When amazon package was deliverd ti opened it i got only empty box mean to ring i did not got i got only product pick or detail. I got ring box is empty i called to costomer care in amazon i told my problem that i got this type product in this i got empty box. Amazon costomer care told me pls call after 10 days. My product returnable days in 10 or amount returns days in 10. Amazon costomer care also told me email i will sent you plu wait. I did wait. Yesterday on 6-3-2019 i got one email that your amazon account is permanent closed
I did not do anything from my site. Amazon your ofm team yesterday block my account. I am regular coustomer.in amazon. I am very upsad from your site. I ordered 4550rs nilam (Rashi ratan) ring my order id is[protected] from your amazon site. Package was deliverd on 5-3-2019 when i was open package i got only empty box. This is not good to me i paid you 4550rs online payment. I got empty box product. I called to costomer care no. I told all problem to your costomer care person thay told me your problem will solv 48hrs yesterday morning on date 6-3-2019 i got email from your ofm that my account is block i want to know any without reason why you did my account block i emailed to ofm regarding my problem i got one more email that you will not refund my amount its not good to me. I am very unsatisfied from your amazon costomer care person your amazon team. I called to coustomer care again i told all problem your costomer care person beahave with me very rudaly i am coustomer of your. You can not do this type beahave to me. I complained to national consumer form. My complain no is 1193269 i want my account unlock because i did not do anything wrong from my site. All problem was cream from your site. I want my product amount return i also want competition. Because your amazon team did rudaly beahave with me or amazon costomer care did not help me if you did not help me i will not quite i will fill cases against you or your seller or your product. I am costomer you should help me you did mentality harisment to me your team is doing wrong with me.
I am very upsad or disopointed from amazon. Amazon is big company. But buyer h have right to tell problem regarding product and company i am regular buyer in amazon.in this before i order one vejyanti mala i got demage product. But amazon costomer care beahave is very bad or rudaly i want to help pls help me my amount is big i also want competition. How can amazon costomer care bad or rudaly behaviour with me.
