Amazon India — Amazon refund never processed | |
Name : aniket agrawal Bank branch : technopark, trivandrum I have a pending refund from amazon.in of rs. 999. *transactions made on 08/3/2017 I asked for a refund for mentioned transaction. Amazon says that they have intiated the refund of the payment on 8/03/2017. They provided me with a refund reference no. As written below : * reference no. Of refund of rs. 999 :[protected] It should have been reflected in my account by now. But it has not yet. Please help! I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken Enclosed: i have enclosed a screenshot of the instructions given to me by amazon billing team. I tried following the procedure but the sbi customer service representative is saying that there is no such option available. Was this information helpful? | |
