Amazon India — amazon refund not credit my indian bank a/c

I paid for tneb bill payment 5times 440inr
Amount debited bill failed
And then i recieve mail from amazon your refund sucessfull amount reflect in your account with in 5days but 10daysnow still my amount cannot credit in a/c
I contact amazon customer care 6times
All. They today says indian bank server problem. Kindly help me. My amount debit 5times 440*5 amazon reference no[protected]
