Amazon India — amazon refund not credited yet in my account | |||
Sir i have returned my dji osmo mobile 3 gimble which was defective product.. Returned initiated on15th jan 2020 but not credited yet in my sbi bank account.. I talked to amazon customer care but tey every time says that they already refund the amount then i talked to sbi customer care and brance manager also showing them the reference id given by amazon but no use they says they cant help me with that.. I am helpless now what should i do.. Amount was 8999 i paid it using debit card emi now i am paying emi without getting my refund and product also..now from amazon also i am not getting any good response and refund.. I am attaching my bank statement and amazon mail bellow Was this information helpful? | |||
