[Resolved] Amazon India — amazon seller | |||
Hi, I have sold redmi 4 (Black, 16 gb) on amazon and the product was shipped to the buyer mr. Raghavendra m kulkarni on 22/07/2018, tracking id[protected]. The order was delivered to the buyer on 23/07/2018. However buyer returned the product on 23/07/2018 and the expected delivery to seller was on 25/07/2018 which i did not receive the product, return tracking id[protected]. I contacted amazon in the 1st week of august and received an email to file a safe t claim. I have filed a claim on 08/08/2018 and amazon relied that i will receive a response with in 7 working days from the date of claim filed. Until today i have not received any updates with regards to the same. I have contacted amazon several times and asked them to call me, but nobody responded to my query. Claim ref #[protected]. I request you to further investigate and contact amazon seller team to ask them to solve the issue as it has been a month now.
