Amazon India — Amazon spoiled my diwali celebrations

I have placed order(canon 1200d) on 3rd Oct, But today they are saying that not going to deliver the item because of damage of product and not going to replace again. first time they try to deliver on 16th but they didnt do that and requested replace of item by them only.
which makes me disappointed, i have called many times yesterday, they said they will deliver with in 24 hours But today status is showing as item rejected.
they even not try to deliver the item, not called me at all. which causes mental tension and make me depressed so much.
