Amazon India — Amazon - worst service provider (unhappy customer) | |||||
I have purchased a mobile from amazon on 2nd oct 2016 wherein there was offer going on of 15% cash back which was suppose to be credited in my account on 2nd jan 2017. However till date i did not receive the cashback instead i have called up on their customer service thrice but no concrete revert received. All executive have only 1 thing to say that they will arrange a call back from concerned dept & they have escalated the matter still no revert. Feel like these offer are trap. Worst service.
