Hi Both, I was order[protected]) of Bajaj Rex 500-Watt Mixer Grinder with 3 Jars (White) on 21st January & this shipment arrived at my location on 25.01.2017 by Ecom courier against tracking number[protected], at the time of receiving product was damage & its packing was very third class when i refuse to take delivery & courier person has used very bad language which really disappointing to me this kind of experience was not expected from both of you. @ Ecom Team- I think so you need to improve your service level & train your associate to sustain your service level stranded otherwise it can spool your image in market which currently you have set.
