Amazon India — bad service on the part of delivery boy and customer care executive | |||
I had placed a order for loxxo new edition case for samsung j7 prime - shockproof silicone soft tpu transparent auora flower case with sparkle for samsung j7 prime back cover on 9th july 2017 and delivery was on 15th july 2017, however i got a message in the afternoon stating the order was rejected at my end. How can i get such a message without refusing the product, neither the delivery boy called me on my number. When i called the customer care regarding this i got a very causal answer saying my number may be not reachable hence the product got rejected. Such a bad service on the part of deliveryboy as well as customer care executive. Kindly train your emloyees on how to delivery the product and to handle the customers Was this information helpful? | |||
