Amazon India — Broken product delivered. Amazon refusing to replace | |||||
I purchased a philips viva air fryer on amazon. I opened the pack two days back and find that they have delivered a broken product. Now they are refusing to replace it saying i have delayed in raising the complaint. Attached photographs will show that product has not even been used and it is complete packaging failure. Philips wants to charge for parts if we take their warranty. Completely poor packaging and terrible handling of complaint by amazon. Was this information helpful? | |||||
