Amazon India — by ordering items in amazon always received defective products and not received complete refund for them so please do not by from amazon.

I have purchased a Ultra wet grinder on 14th October 2019 from Amazon and received item on 19th October 2019 and the received is defective Item( Defective item it's not unfortunately happen, this is intensionally send by seller as
1. For 3 pin plug negative pin is not there.
2. Grinder down part is open and so parts were removed.
3. Out side part is samshed and damaged. When I spoked these things the Amazon team is replying like these might be happened in shipping. But my question is like if above are happened due to shipped then from where the thermocal is attached with plaster. So it clear understanding that Amazon is compramising with seller and sending faulty or duplicate product or used product or item missing from the boxes, if Amazon is not compromised with sellers they have minimal quality check before sending to customers like out box condition or properly sealed or not?)

They said they are going to initiate full amount back, but i did not received full amount, they have initiated partial amount only. I do not understand why the Amazon is doing like this to customers.

This is happed 3rd time for same item, 2nd I am out of station they rescheduled unnecessary for next consecutive date twice (but clear informed to the 3courier persons I will not be available in city, will and back after 4days please reschedule to that date) and cancel the order as several attempts made customers not answering so sending back to seller again here also received partial amount back to source not full amount

Around 3000rs was lost by trusting and purchasing from Amazon. Please never buy any items from Amazon they are cheating the customers.

When I purchased any item from Amazon I need to return it back as the received item will be defective or used or not item in the box or duplicate brands. Very rare find genuine is received when I purchased it from Amazon. AliExpress or some other eCommerce sites are
Very far better than Amazon.

Please remember that if you buying any item from Amazon you wasting or lossing your money and no one will respond properly. You can see the response of Amazon to this complaint.
