Respected sir, I am rajen shah a registered customer of amazon, i had got lots of fake calls from amazon requesting about my personal data and bank details, gst no, office accounts and other related details. Feb 19, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Jan 15, 2020 Amazon India Customer Care's response REF No. 6484We have perused the complaint received from Mr. Ranjan Shah ("Complainant") and find that he has been defrauded . Amazon Seller Services Private Limited ("ASSPL") does not solicit any customer identifiable information / sensitive personal data. It is apparent from the complaint that the Complainant is aware that he has been defrauded by third parties unrelated to Amazon in any manner. We would request and require the Complainant to file a criminal complaint in this regard. All internet users must exercise utmost care and due diligence in all their transactions over the internet and follow all cyber security norms at all times. . Further, it is submitted that ASSPL's role is limited to that of an intermediary and we are not the seller/manufacturer of the products listed on our Website. The products listed on our Website are sold by independent third party sellers. In view of the above, the issue stands closed. | |||
