Dear sir, My account no.[protected] Customer id 98598359 I purchased a product on amazon on 30th july using my canara bank (Through g-pay mode) but due to defective items, i asked then for refund. As per their confirmation refund was initiated on 31th july, maximum time frame was 5 days. Still it was not reflected in my account. They had provided the refund reference number for the transaction is[protected]. I had contacted your customer service number they is no proper response hence i mail you. Please check and confirm the status if your response was worst in mail too i'm going to file in banking ombudsman. Was this information helpful? | |

My order not delivered on time .still i am waiting for mine order. The thing is amazon agent attempted fake delivery continuously.even customer care agent not aware about proper information regarding delivery. Amazon India is totally hopless on customers obsession .

I order an exercise row bar around 5 months ago for 12.99 and you keep deducting 12.99 out of debit card ever month, I've purchased nothing. since the row bar. quit billing me and refund my money. If you don't refund my money I will never shop amazon ever again and tell other people about how how I got rip of by amazon.
