Amazon India — Cancellation of Royal Oak Mickies Study Table (Order#[protected] | |||||
I had purchased Royal Oak Mickies Study Desk (Brown) on 18th October 2016 for Rs. 3620 and the website had given me 24th October 2016 as scheduled delivery date. I did not receive the product on time and called up on 26th Oct 2016 to enquire about the same. I got the answer that the product quality is bad so the backend team has removed the product from the website itself and I was intimated on the date of delivery that the product is not available. I was waiting for the refund but after repeated calling to the customer service I did not get the refund. Finally I raised a complaint with the Amazon team on 2-Nov-2016 for the cancellation and refund and I was told that I will get the refund in 2 days max. But nothing has happened regarding the refund and when I call up the customer care I am told that there is some technical glitch due to which the product order is not getting cancelled yet and so I will have to wait for the refund for some more time.
