Amazon India — cannot access my account and order not delivered | |||
I ordered an apple iPad cover from my account on the email id- [protected]@gmail.com. Even before I was supposed to receive it the app showed that it had been delivered to me personally and signed though I had received no phone call relating to it. Meanwhile I had another account with the phone number [protected]. I wanted to use this number for my current account which was the one with [protected]@gmail.com as the email. So I called up the customer services and asked them to close the account with the phone number [protected] so that the number was free to use elsewhere. The account was closed but I cannot even access my email Amazon account as well. And when I tried to make another account Incase the customer service person closed both my accounts but it says the email id is already in use and when you try to login with it, it says there is no account by that email. And I await a paid order while I cannot even access my account. Please help me. Was this information helpful? | |||
