Amazon India — caseology back cover

I have ordered back cover for samsung galaxy s10 lite on 17th of february and received on 20th february.. But i have received different model back cover so i have returned to amazon on 21th february but till now i have not received my refund 12 days over and now i am contacting to amazon they are saying that they will not provide me my refund.. So please help me to get refund from them.. I have returned the same product that i have got

Without any notice or message, INR 199 rps has been deducted from the account.
Phone [protected] 50.00 on 2 chargesOW3VU7JW3 andMA9GT3RU3 i did not charge these charges.please refund these to my card..i donot know of anything that i charged on any of my cards.your not doing anything because you dont want to refund my money
