They are cheating customers by luring them for cash back and make them wait for couple of months and on the day when the due date ends you say contact the bank and wash off their hands. I bought a redmi 2 prime Mobile from their store and they promised 10% cash back on transaction through Hdfc debit card and they said that the credit will be by 12.11.2015. Whenever I called them they said wait till 12th. When I called today morning they said wait till end of the day. When I called at 11:35 pm they say contact your bank we are not responsible.
