Amazon India — Cashback not provided as promised | |||||
I purchased MOTO G4+ during standard chartered card promotion period of 9th to 11th July 2016, and I was to get cash back latest by 08th Oct 2016. However till now the Cashback is not credited to my account. I have emails from customer care executives confirming that I am eligible for the offer, and also before placing the order I had a call with their customer care team specifically confirming the cashback offer, and the team promised that I am eligible for cash back, now they are denying that the product I have purchased is not eligible for cashback.
