Amazon India — cashback not received for the promotional offer | |||||
I had placed an order (#[protected] with amazon india for one plus 5 phone during their promotional offer period i. E. 27-28 june, 2017, as per which customers would be getting a cashback worth rs. 1500 by 30 sept, 2017. On contacting their customer care over the email and phone in multiple attempts, they confirmed that the cash back has been processed and in case i have not received they requested me to share the screenshot of the card/account statement. The same was shared with them and their team confirmed that the cash back could not be processed due to some technical issues and same would be processed in few business days. It has been more than 45 days since their promised date and i have still not received satisfactory answer on asking the reason for a delay and the date by which same will be credited to my account. I had contacted their customer care team several times over the phone (I don't remember the exact date and time) and over the email on the following dates: 04/10/17, 16/10/17, 23/10/17, 27/10/17, 06/11/17, 08/11/17 and 17/11/17. Despite this they were unable to proceed the cash back and resolve my issue. Was this information helpful? | |||||
