[Resolved] Amazon India — cashback of product | |
Amazon is harassing me so much.. I ordered a product of redmi 7a on order date 21-oct-2019 Order # [protected] On that day an offer is running that if i buy that day i will get 500 cashback as amazon pay balance.. So i ordered that phone as per their offer conditions the cashback was to be received within 3 days of shipping and the product was shipped on same day i ordered.. I didn't received cashback till their timeline so i called amazon on 24 oct 2019 their executive said we filled a cashback forum and u have to wait 6 days for the cashback.. On 29 i didnt got cashback so i called on 29 again the executive said same thing that we filled cashback forum i have to wait 3 next days again for cashback and today is 3 november i called again they said we filled ur cashback form and u have to wait 6 business days again.. I have full proof of offer and order id.. They are repeatedly saying same thing but not coming at the point of cashback.. They are harrasing me so much kindly do something and get my problem resolved Was this information helpful? | |

Verified Support Jan 15, 2020 Amazon India Customer Care's response Ref No. 6463We have perused the complaint received from Mr. Manpreet ("Complainant") and find that he had placed an order for one Redmi 7A (Matte Black, 2GB RAM, 16GB Storage) ("Product") vide Order ID:[protected] from the independent third party seller, i.e., Darshita Electronics ("Seller"), on the website: www.amazon.in ("Website") and has requested for refund. It is submitted that a refund for a value of Rs.500.00 as cash-back was processed into his Amazon Pay Balance on 13th November, 2019. Further, it is submitted that our role is limited to that of an intermediary and we are not the seller/manufacturer of the products listed on our Website. The products listed on our Website are sold by independent third party sellers. In view of the above, the issue stands closed. | |
