Amazon India — charged for prime account | |||
My american express statement shows a charge for $12.99 dated 8/27/19. I did not request a prime account. While accepting my purchase, the free trial offer came up. I could not find instructions to remove the offer. Please issue a credit for this amount. I think this is a shame to trick customers into signing up for this program.in fact the item i purchased would have been sent at no charges. Was this information helpful? | |||

Waited for 45 min ur guys are giving the same explanation can't t slove my problem. When asked to transfer for sr manager didn't do that. If it was my first Issue I could have been excused, but this is my third time more or less in a month. Want a solution, worst customer care rep, one is raj and another rakhi asked for feed back didn't transfer
