Amazon India — Cheating while claiming 100% purchase protection | |||
I ordered godrej washing with offer price 4495/- as when i ordered, i opted cod mode of payment and suddenly after 2-3 hrs when i wanted to check status it was cancelled automatically by amazon.. After calling customer care they are giving bull reason like they themselves were not sure about cause whether it was out of stock, defective, ot damaged whatever... They were constantly saying now u have to buy product @ new price 11990/- This is an absolute cheating on customers first attracting by keeping price low then by making mind about the product when we purchase they suddenly increase price and forcing you to buy Absolute cheating Was this information helpful? | |||
