Amazon India — complaint against wrong commitment | |||||
I have ordered one item in amazone site actually my order date on22 nd oct, then also it will be delivered nov2nd. Today 28th i got one email about that order has been returned to seller due to packing damaged. I think its the drama from distributor side beacuse its heavy duty material of royal enfield. I am totally trapped this order was already paid the amound. Till yesterday i have wait for that order. Totaly waste of my time, i believed amazone but its totally now un satisfield. I had order this item rs.624 then now i didn't get the offer now its price is 1118 rs. Totally i am dislike and unsatisfield. First of all you will maintain customer satisfication... Otherwise your mark is zero. I will put on one case file to consumer court aginst this amazone site. My order id is[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||||
