Amazon India — Coolpad note 5 defective device - not ready to replace within replacement period | |||||
First of all i would like to tell you, your customer service is pathetic.. They are not at all concern about customer. They are not customer centric. I chat with chitra, vijay and many more people for my issue resolution but still it's pending.. I brought coolpad note 5 mobile from amazon.in for my cousin order #[protected] and from day one it's not working properly.. I raised complaint thrice for replacement but they are not at all serious, they are just delaying and watching to end my replacement time period.. Since last few days i'm contacting them for replacement. Now, i'm very tired and frustrated with your service. This kind of nature, service and culture towards customer does not match on big brand name like amazon... Was this information helpful? | |||||
