Amazon India — Credit Card Amount Deduction | |||||
Payment declined by amazon, but sbi bank not crediting back the amount An online purchase of rs.17965/- placed at amazon.in on oct 11, 2016, payment made through sbi credit card. Money got deducted from credit card account. Wrote to both sbi customer care and amazon customer care. Amazon says they have not received the fund from the bank. Bank says that the transaction was successful!!. Bank asks me to contact amazon and amazon says to contact sbi. Kindly help me with this as both are not resolving my problem Was this information helpful? | |||||
