Ref.Order Id:[protected] Dear Amazon Customer Care, Further to my complaint of your and your courier false statement of " out for delivery" on 13th and 14th Oct 2016 and my informing you that both the day we were at home, We received your SMS informing " arriving today Crompton Hill Briz 1200mm Ceiling Fan - will be delivered today by AmzAgent ( [protected] ) Pay Rs. 1239 by cash or Debit/ Credit card: http://amzn.in/aBsgheJ " . The msg came at 10-50 Hrs. and I am trying your AmzAgent's no [protected] and [protected] since then and getting the msg that " the number you are calling is either switched off or not reachable" . It is more than 3 hrs he ( Ccus Raja Superviser ) is not reachable. This is how you plan to carry on your customer services and unfair trade practices. I received intimation yesterday 13.10.2016 at 14-05 hrs that it is "out for Delivery". We cancelled our program outside and waited whole evening and the material did not arrived. Today again we were intimated at 13-23 hrs that it is out for delivery. Now it is 18-10 hrs and nearly 5 hrs have passed we wonder when even covering complete stretch of the city takes less the 3 hrs, whether Amazon is resorting to unfair practices to keep up their on time reputation at the cost of customer's precious time. The package will be returned to us within 5 business days after two unsuccessful delivery attempts. UNQUOTE: This is nothing but travesty of truth and an example of Amazon's unfair business practices of taking customer for a ride. Please attend to this and advise courier to deliver the product positively by tomorrow ( 15.10.2016) morning.
