Amazon India — Customer service team is unprofessional and irresponsible and highly immature in handling the issues

I have been ordered many items from Amazon and i am one of the prime member of Amazon. But i had an unfortunate incident with customer care which is highly disappointing.
I had placed an order for one plus 3T hand set around 23rd May 2017 with an option of exchanging old handset The delivery was scheduled on the close of the day on 25th, having received an Sms alert we immediately called the call center as we would not be at home and wanted it rescheduled to Sunday. But your executive Mr. Bharath confirmed that it is not on exchange and hence handset can be left with security. However when delivery boy got the handset he said it is on exchange and he will not be able to deliver with security without old mobile phone. We asked him to get it on Sunday instead. We waited entire Sunday by canceling all our outing plans but we did not receive the handset. We called customer service but they could NOT help us. Ms. Riya finally promised to get it delivered on Monday by 9:00 am and she said that she had put our issues on HIGH PRIORITY SO THAT WE WILL GET FIRST DELIVERY ON THIS BASIS. We waited till 1030 by not going to office, since we didn't get any sms alert we again called customer service to help us out in this regard. But to our shock one ms Alia banged the phone telling that she can't help us. This is highly unexpected from a company like Amazon and highly shameful to behave so immaturely. I hope you will take action against such an irresponsible and arrogant person attending calls from customers who is paying hard earned money in purchasing something. I also got SMS alert at 11:00 am on the delivery. But finally we got it delivered only at 5:00 pm. Meanwhile we spoke to many of customer service personnel but no one could help us. All of them disconnected the call after speaking for ~10 mins. When the hand set got delviered the delivery boy said they did not get any message on HIGH PRIORITY. THIS IS A BIG LIE TOLD BY MS RIA. I am really ashamed to have bought so many items from Amazon a company who cheats and lies with the customer.
