Amazon India — Damaged product Bajaj Majesty ICX Neo Induction Cooktop pickup not done and Refund not initiated. | |||
I ordered Bajaj Majesty ICX Neo Induction Cooktop (Black) B010FVFS8 from Amazon.com on 26.07.2021 wise Order Number[protected] sold by Cloudtail India Pvt. Ltd., Thane, Bhiwandi 421302. Product was received to my address on 29 July 2021 at that time the product was totally damaged as I opened the box. And the hotplate is break down in pieces. Within in 5 minutes of delivery of product I filled a replacement request. Amazon created a new Order Number[protected] dtd 29.07.2021 and was shipped from Bhiwandi warehouse. At the time of delivery replacement of product, the delivery assistant unable to deliver the product due to verification option & Item image not matching with website image and other reason. Multiple times replacement request created and pickup failure( 11 to 12 times). Regularly I am contacted to Amazon customer care, they created pickup request but due to verification options is wrong as per delivery assistant then I contacted to Amazon each and every times (11 to 12 times) and told them to cancel the verification option as delivery assistant told us but the request was never fulfilled and still problem is not solved. I telephonic talk to customer care of Amazon each time 1 to 2 hours, 3 to 4 times. I am requesting to Indian Consumer Complaints Forum please look into the matter and refund the amount or Replacement of the product. Was this information helpful? | |||
