Amazon — Defective AC Out of Box

and the AC Details are Voltas SAC 173 IY 1.4 Tonne 3 Star and the seller is Cloudtail India Private Limited. I ordered the product on 19th March and received the same on 21st March. On 22nd March Voltas Engineer Mr. Deepak came in to install the New AC . The box was little bit damaged but I thought as long as AC is fine box will be of no use.
I had also called the electrician on the same for the wire fittings. After all installation was completed AC Failed to start. AC kept on opening the inner Unit and Outer Unit and none of them responding. It took almost whole day and in end engineer responded that Inner Unit is dead Motor and Panel and IC needs to be changed and they cannot confirm the outer Unit Working since inner one is dead. I was like Ohh My God .. I always thought that Amazon is renowned for Fast and Excellent packaging of the Products and good quality products. But i never expected a AC which is broken / defective completely is packed and shipped to a customer. This is not the way delicate things like AC are packed and delivered. Technician from Voltas said that we will replace parts. He said it will be delivered to me on within 3 to 4 business days.

Why should I wait for 3 to 4 days for any part replacement??

Why was the product not sent after quality checks??

What kind of packaging was done it's totally pathetic..

I called the customer care, a number of times but the response which i am getting is not satisfactory at all.

A lot of money has been wasted for Installation, Uninstallation and then electrician and other charges.

Who will pay that money ??. Thats totally wasted..

Okay Tell Me Why Should I recommend Amazon to my Family and Friends after such incident??

Team Seriously That's Ridiculous.
My future purchase with you guys will totally depend upon how soon this issue is fixed.

I have an unused faulty product wrapped back in the same box in which it came.
I don't want to use faulty defective bad product even if this is repairable.

Tell me the next step??
Now what is the reason why do I have to wait for so so long for getting my money back??

I was informed by you guys You can pay installation charges what about other charges ??

Please fix this ASAP. I can't wait any longer .
