Amazon India — defective parts | |||||
Hi, I’m jaikiran one of your customer. I just wanted to check how can i replace my defective iphone adapter hence i tired contacting your customer care by researching the entire google or amazon help section but i had no luck. I'm really pissed off due to how hard time i’m facing to contact your customer service. Finally, i ended up contacting just dial to get your customer care number and even they don’t no your available hours, fortunately at the final call i was able to hear the ringing sound the ivrs requested me to confirm my registered mobile number i did it. But i did not expect that even your ivrs would lie stating i’m not pressing the right options. Even i do work an online retail business ‘overstock’ our customer had never faced any issues like to contact, if in case you people are not available should mention it in website.
